Productionscene.com is free to access by anyone with an internet connection.  By simply exploring the site you neither tell us who you are or reveal any personal information about yourself aside from very basic demographic data that we use for analytical purposes (E.g. The country you have accessed the site from, amount of time spent on the site, the pages you visited etc).

Creating an Account
To make use of the facilities offered by Productionscene.com users must first create an account.  During this process we collect the users name, company name (where applicable) mailing address, telephone number, fax number and email address.  This information is kept confidential by us at Media AGE Co Ltd and creating an account is free.

Your account information is password protected meaning that only you have access to your personal information.  As registration is free there is no reason for you to give anyone access to your account and to protect your privacy we strongly recommend that you don’t give anyone else access to your account.  When you have finished using Productionscene.com always remember to log-out and close your browser window as this ensures that no-one else can enter your account unbeknown to you.

Purchasing Subscriptions
Productionscene.com offers two subscription levels, Basic which is free and Premium which is paid.  When opting for a Premium Subscription which offers maximum exposure on the site, your payment is processed entirely through our business account with Pay Pal.  At no point do we collect, have access to or store your credit card details.

Productionscene.com is hosted on a private server with security measures implemented to protect against loss, misuse and alteration of stored information that is under our control.  All data stored on the Productionscene server is regarded as proprietary and confidential.

Productionscene always enforces a strict internal security policy with regard to personal information collected from site users and limits access to this information to a few individuals within the company who require access in order to effectively manage the site and provide a better service.

How is Information Collected Used?
The information about you stored by Productionscene.com is used principally to manage your account.  We also run various data analysis from accrued information to fine tune the site and provide you with a better service, greater efficiencies and a more dynamic networking and community platform.

We are conscious that minors may be attracted to ProductionScene.com due to the perceived glamorous nature of the content.  We categorically do not target or advertise in any way to minors or encourage them to use the site.

Your Email Address
Productionscene.com never publishes your email address which in all cases remains hidden and protected.  When a site user chooses to contact you via your listing, article or press release, they do so through the system by completing an email form which is then sent to you.  Unless required to do so by law we will never release your email to anyone, entity or party.  When you receive correspondence from a Productionscene Site User you decide whether or not to provide that person or company with your contact details.

Newsletters, Promotional Mailing & Administrative Emails
If you have registered an account on Productionscene.com, from time to time you will receive Administrative emails.  The maximum time period for any listing is 1-Year.  This ensures that all listings are relevant, useful and up-to-date.  You will receive some emails to remind you to extend, edit or delete your listing as your subscription period nears its end.

If you have opted-in to receive any email newsletters generated by Productionscene.com or promotional mailings and offers you will receive these via your registered email account at a frequency that never exceeds once a month.  In all instances, with the exception of administrative emails, you have the option to opt-out of such mailings by using the opt-out link at the bottom of the newsletter or promotion or by Contacting Us.
